Thanks Meadowland, Wildrose and Janey. I cleared some of it away from the garden paths, and it is melting, but still got a bit. Fed and watered the birds. It's going to be warmer tomorrow so perhaps we can get out for a walk. Saw some children and their dad having fun with snowballs.

raining here now at 10.30 pm, so I expect all the snow will be gone tomorrow.
Lovely view and your deer is lovely too.

I love your deer, surveying your snowy garden,Linda, and glad to say all ours has gone too,and it's much warmer, but windy. We are definitely going out today, before the forecast of rain and much colder weather arrives on Thursday :o( .

Thanks Bloomer, Hope you had a good walk. We went and fed the ducks down by the river this morning. Just completed another watercolour. I sketched a picture from my imagination and painted it. Getting my decorations up and bringing in my little rooted Christmas tree that I purchased down the road. I haven't had a real tree for a long time. I shall then grow it on for next year.

Very Christmassy.. we only had a very slight flurry in our neck of East Yorkshire.

It was nice to see the snow, but luckily it didn't last long. It finished our cannas in the pot off so they have gone into the greenhouse.

It ended up very sticky snow and about about two inches deep. All frozen this morning.
