Hellebore PHOTO DISAPPEARED (Hellebore)

All from the same pod, now first flower, first flowering, different plants, showing variations in the colouring and form, some doubles, some anemone centred. Plants 3 years old now, I think.

Thank you, I will move a couple of these from the seedling area( by the compost bin) to a display area. As they don't like being moved much, I will try to get a good amount of soil out with them.

Such a beautiful colour!

Thank you, I really like the well spotted ones. There are still about 3 more seedlings from the same seed pod yet to open a first flower.

They are gorgeous Siris, and all similar but different. You have done well in growing these,
perfect for having in a tiny vase indoors..:)

Thank you Janey. Might sound strange but I never cut flowers for indoors, as I prefer to enjoy them outside, where I would like to spend as much time as possible.

You’ve really succeeded in growing the most beautiful hellebore plants…these are so very pretty, Sue.

I actually removed and discarded some singles today, then dug up the ones in the 2 top pictures and replanted them in the created spaces. The plants are still youngsters and the soil was quite workable, not dried hard as would be the case later.

Hi Sheila…… you download the app to your phone tablet……then pick a name eg the_hampshire_gardener ( that’s me) give some information about yourself ….. upload some photos of your garden….. then wait…… I suggest you give it a try……. that’s what Karen did…. you can direct message people…. It’s easy to load photos and use Instagram filters etc…… lots of people have made lasting friendships…and meet up…..if you find you don’t like it….. just delete the app!if you need any help YouTube video is really helpful….would love to see you on there…x
