Baby Blackbird

So vulnerable..

Not so good at flying as its got no tailfeathers yet.

Hoping he makes it, Sue.

Its been in the garden for 3 days now, being fed by the male bird, although there is a female collecting worms but she flies off to another garden.

We had the babies last year, the female came in and brought a big mouthful of stuff from the garden. She went into the hedge, but haven't seen her since, apart from a quick visit today!

Pandora? I knocked her off her plinth and her head broke off from her body several years ago. OH stuck it back on with cement glue. So far so good.
