False Sunflower / Heliopsis helianthoides (Burning Hearts)
One of my favourite native plants for autumn.
Mature plants are tall and if they are grown in shadier space they will need some support.
Deer or rabbits do nor care for them.

I'd never heard of "False Sunflower" before yesterday! In one of the groups I moderate on Flickr there was a nice picture of one. Today I discover another! šš
