American Robin still around.

It is a partial migrant , they move short distance to wintering grounds farther south but not too far. They come back very early in the spring.
I love these birds. They follow me around when I water and expect me to throw them a worm when digging.

thank you Klahanie! See if you can find a recording of your robin's winter song and you will see why we love him! He also acts much tamer than any other of our birds and will fly down when we are digging in case we unearth a worm.
