Skimmia

These are wonderful plants , I also have a couple - they coped with our terrible March too

Your skimmia looks lovely, Hywel. Mine is struggling a little, as I moved it last year.

Your Skimmia does look great, Hywel! Does it have berries? I have had one on the balcony for 4 or 5 years. Unfortunately it never has berries. 🙁

Balcony Skimmias have separate male and female plants so you need one of both sexes to get berries.
This one of mine is new, it has variegated leaves. The green one in my garden has never produced berries, so it's either a male, or a female who needs a male near-by. I'll have to check which one it is. Also which the new one is.
