Green Goddess Calla Lily

It is an unusual variety of Calla lily. My friend gave it to me a few years ago. I thought it was a form of Alocasia macrorrhiza, which is very common in California (low elevations, anyway).

Green Goddess suits it well. It's quite nice to have the more unusual.

Thanks for letting us know about the change of name - but as Shakespeare once wrote - "A rose by any other name,..." or, in this case, a Calla Lily (though it may not have scent)! 😆

Yes, it’s the same variety. Her plant has nicer, greener leaves.
