After tough few months suffering a little bit of blackspot. It has really taken off this season.

Such a gorgeous Lady she is too. I loves the peach yellow tones. It's very like my Lady Hamilton which isn't quite out yet..

Very similar, Janey. This one has grown to large proportions this year, though, about 6 x 6ft.

Your roses are beautiful Ange. With blackspot take off the leaves affected and spray. In the winter take away any debris on the soil under the bush and cover it with fresh compost.

Linda, I dump any roses with rampant blackspot, can't be bothered to nurture if they need pampering. I suppose I have a 'love-hate' relationship with roses. In my experience they all succumb to some degree and there's no such thing as a completely disease-free variety. I think we have discarded large numbers over the years. I never give up hope though!
