Well caught. Do you feed them? Our 'regulars' are getting through so much feed at the moment!

The older robins have learned to use the hanging seed feeders, they enjoy the mixed seed. They adore the suet pellets which we put out every morning (and have lots of 'regulars' waiting for) and I soak mealworms which everyone seems to go for. I think all our birds are teaching their young to come and use us as a 'top-up', Klahanie. The soil is rock solid at the moment, so difficult for them to find worms etc. No rain here for what seems like weeks after a very wet spring.

Lovely photo of your Robin. We have just started to see our Robin in the garden again. They seem to go away into the fields in the Spring. I put out suet pellets, sunflower seeds and mealworms, which are their favourite.
