Peruvian Lily (Alstroemeria) 'Summer Breeze' flowering on balcony 17th July 2023 004

I buy these from the supermarket and they last so long in a vase indoors .... lovely flowers.

I've read about their lasting attributes but this is the first time I have grown them. 😃

Did you grow them from seed or as small plants?

I bought it as a small plant when my son took me to a plant nursery for my birthday this year. It's only one plant, the majority of the plants had very bad mildew. This variety didn't have any & I liked the colour & patterns in the picture on the label.

It really is a gorgeous flower.
