Mammy Croton

I had to move my very heavy croton to protect it from Tropical Storm Hilary’s strong winds. It usually stays in the same stop all year. It’s growing like crazy in the hot and humid weather. The leaves are the largest ever, growing to almost a foot long! Photo taken August 19, 2023.

Good to know the move didn't affect it,
the leaves are pretty amazing. Obviously a tough old plant!

Klahanie,
No damage at all. It was well-protected in this spot.
This plant was very small when I purchased it in 2011. It’s had a few set back when its dried out badly during heat waves.
