It is for San Diego, but compared to the ones that grow in Miami, Florida, not so much.

I like too the fern growing on it. I have that too. It was just recently nearly torn off a tree by Racoons!.

I’m out familiar with that tropical fern. The fern has been on this tree for decades.

The San Diego Zoo is a world-class botanical gardens first. Few people know this, and that the trees and plants are insured for more than the animals.
The SD Zoo has the second largest collection of cycads in the Northern Hemisphere after Lotus Land in Santa Barbara, CA.
