Introducing 'Presley' a young Springer cross.One of the hardest paintings yet.I think it was because it was for a family member!

He is beautiful Julia! Yes very well done. He really is waiting for you to pick up the ball and have a good game with him. You've got the length of his nose well. That can often be a difficult area painting face on.

That is truly beautiful,Julia,and such a lovely dog too.I'm sure you will forgive him ,if he has a wander around your garden. I felt the same about Poppy,our daughters dog,but she has free rein ,in the back garden :o)

Well done Meadowland. You have caught his personality splendidly. The eyes in a painting say it all...lovely. One of the most essential things when painting pets is the face. As you say animals are not easy to paint especially getting the right colours with everything. I'm sure your family will treasure it.
