Red and White Hippeastrum

Wonderful markings ...

I used a white background, but I don't know why it comes out so blue. I used a flash to get the light up to the center, which is why the shadow is there.

I thought it was a painting too. It’s lovely.

Of the three I have had open in the kitchen the last couple of weeks all but one flower have now died & even the one I've not removed yet will have to be removed in a couple of days at the outside. But there are still 2 more to come in a couple of weeks time! 😆
