Goldfinches still enjoying the Sunflower Hearts.

Lovely. We haven’t seen any around here for some time.
There were a few in the winter.

Josie, they come in every day, as do the Greenfinches and I just love to see them.

I haven’t seen a greenfinch for ages. I read that their numbers have dropped in recent times, so you are twice lucky with the finches.we haven’t had any chaffinches either. The G spotted woodpecker comes everyday & the Red Kites are around though.

I'm the same as Josee, I haven't seen a greenfinch in years! I hear the goldfinches but don't see them. So good to see yours Shirley.

Josie, I would love to see any type of Woodpecker in my garden and Red Kites are rarely around here. So much agricultural land has now been built on for housing ... :o(

Janey, the only food we put in the feeders is Sunflower Hearts, and I'm sure that is what attracts the Finches in. Give it a go perhaps?

Yes I must do. I've had mealworms in them for quite a while. I'll change to sunflower hearts.

Janey, shop around as the prices vary enormously! I think it's B&M where the price is lower.
