Ange, both have been doing well, along with my other fern varieties. OH waters them regularly. I do hope yours will perk up and combat the sunshine and the heat 🤞

I agree with Janey, they do look lush. I would have loved to have put one in Rick's fern garden.

Thank you, Janey! It's one plant that seems to do well here, fortunately :-))
I've been out watering front and back this evening as he is feeling poorly. Painful to swallow and very congested, bless!

Aw, thanks kindly, Rose. I'm sure Rick would have loved one of these big old ferns. They really are quite architectural x

Kate, I don't think I dare try one here, I would be forever out watering! They do look beautiful, thanks for showing. I would love to try a 'jungle-style' garden. The good ones always look so lush and green, the opposite of the parched earth we have here..

Ange, to be honest, we have had both many years, and they are protected by the bund and surrounding shrubbery.
We haven't had much rain either, if any really.
He also waters regularly, but, if truth be told, perhaps twice a week on these.
Other plants, or lawn, gets much more watering.
