It may take 3 or 4 more years to get some fruit. Lol
It’s actually starting to grow faster since it’s around 3 or 4 years old.

I have Garcinia intermedia - Lemon Drop Mangosteen which should produce fruit in a couple of years. My Achacha tree (Garcinia humilis) is approximately 7 years old and 5’ 6” tall (1.5 m) tall, should produce fruit in the next few years.
My Garcinia brasiliensis - Bakupari will probably produce fruit in 8? years. It’s sooo slow. Maybe in 3 generations it’ll produce fruit! 😂

It’s a very small orchard.

My pineapple orchard is much bigger. 😂. I have 14 pineapple plants in the ground in the same spot (instant orchard).

Just like my Dragon Tree forest then! I have about a dozen trees including the mother tree which is getting on for at least 20 years, maybe longer!

Oh wow! I didn’t know Dragon trees (Dracaena draco) were common there, also. They grow huge here. They take a long time to become huge trees (over 100 years), though.

I’ll post a pic of the Dragon tree grove at Lotusland in Santa Barbara tonight. I believe they were planted in the 1890’s.

I've learnt over the years they can take some pretty hard cutting back! The mother tree I had to cut back much harder than I had ever done before & I was sure I'd killed it - but no, it has come back just fine & from mere green bumps 6 months ago it has grown about 18 inch long branches!

I also discovered that you can root any prunings in a jar of water, (that's how I come to have so many!), & that the time they take to root is the same amount of time it takes for the growth buds under the pruning cuts to grow again!

I pruned the mother tree 3 times over 3 years, each time a little harder than the time before & it still kept growing! I pruned it its hardest ever last year because it was infested with Mealy Bugs & I couldn't get rid of them. One or 2 of the bugs survived the winter as I caught them feeding on the most prominent growth bud but I killed them &since then no more have been back!

I’ve discovered that any dracaena species can be put into a pot or directly into the ground here. It’s usually about 100 percent success with rootiing. Most species of dracaena grow easily in the landscape here, especially all the varieties of Dracaena marginata.

They can't survive outside here in the UK but as I said before we have one that must be 20 years old.

They’re definitely very long-lived plants.

There’s very big, old Dracaena marginata plants in my neighborhood, my neighbor has several in her front and back yards.
