This is my beautiful Ivory Cane palm growing under the shde structure. Photo taken October 15, 2024

Maybe it’s the Archontophoenix cunninghamiana for sale there. This palm is not very common and typically doesn’t do well outside a tropical or subtropical climate. It’s not a good indoor palm.

King palms (Archontophoenix cunninghamiana) are extremely common palms here, especially as street trees.
This pic of this palm isn’t very clear, as it was taken at night. Ivory cane palm has interesting mottled leaves with different colored crown-shafts on same plant (which has clustering trunks). It only typically grows 6 to maybe 8 ft tall here in San Diego, and has to be grown in mostly shade.

I looked your palm up online because it looks very much like one that is often sold here in supermarkets. I think it looks similar but I've never looked at the labels in the pots so I don't know if they are the same as yours or another, similar, variety.
Looks quite nice!
