They taste like a sweet and sour lemon.
I saw a Youtube video of a Costus ‘Yellow Belize’ in a food forest in Fresno, CA. I looked it up and it appears to be an Australian Costus hybrid. The cones on this guy’s Costus ‘Yellow Belize’ were double the size you see on internet pics.
