There’s two tall Princess palms growing at the San Diego Zoo right by each other. This one is probably 30 ft or slightly taller. Although, not very rare in Southern California, it’s a palm that prefers truly hot, humid tropical weather conditions. With this being said, the two growing at the San Diego look great! No, I don’t think so, but it can tolerate very strong hurricane winds.

Is it one of those palms that can bend nearly double in hurricane winds?
