That is a nice colour Shirley.
Pittosporum is not hard enough for growing them here (unfortunately). I bought couple of them and they did not survive. Our temperatures are very unpredictable lately.

Klahanie, I bought this after seeing the photo of the one Meadowland has, it's a lovely one! We have white grass this morning, thanks to the frost ... :o(

Yes , it is a lovely plant ...sorry about the frost.

Thanks Klahanie, another frost yesterday and this morning but it doesn't linger as the sun gets on it. I have worked a little in the garden today ... :o)

I looked at your temperatures in England and was surprised by the difference between your daytime and night temps.
You are warmer than us during the day but cooler during the night.

We are forecast for warmer temperatures both day and night for this week ... at last!

Hurray.... I hope we will get warmer during the day too. You seem to be way ahead of us in garden blooms.

Ours will be finished when you will be enjoying yours at this rate!

Gorgeous sunny day today - actually felt warm. This is gorgeous Shirley, I had no idea Pittosporum could be found in this colour … I’m due a visit to a GC tomorrow so will have a hunt!

Sheila, I planted mine this morning but was disappointed with the root system, pretty flimsy! Did you manage to purchase one for your garden?

7 Mar, 2025

No Shirley, but I did find two lovely Anemone coronaria, one bright pink the other bright blue. That’s annoying for you to see a flimsy root system 🙁.

Sheila, when I took it out of the pot it started to fall to one side, not good, so after planting it, I put a support either side so it's 'sandwiched' for now!
Your new Anemones sound lovely.
