Surprise this morning!

Have you seen any around in the past? It is years since I saw a Bat of any kind flying around.

Yes,we've always known they were there but very rarely see them in the day.

Lovely to see, we see them nightly above us, Julia. OH is out at dusk with our cat and they both catch sight of them.

Great Kate..they are very cute.

Bats are quite rare now. Are you going to put up a bat box for them. When we lived down the road we had the pipestrel bats around and placed a box high up near the eaves.

No Lindak..the bats have resided in our eaves for 20 odd years..we rarely see the...we can hear them!

Great to see it Julia. There are two that fly down my garden at dusk on summer evenings, I love to see them.
