Natural pool

This area was very heavy rock which sloped down to form a natural small pool where insects and birds came to drink. It was only about 12" deep and soon dried up, so we adapted it and circulated the water round through the urn at the top and back down through the pebbles to the pool. As you can see, bees loved it.

Aw...thanks Dd......it was a great adventure and marvellous to be so close to wildlife........in the garden was a huge brown grasshopper and if you were busy it would fly to where you were..sounding like a helicopter going by lol!
