You are lucky to have such scenic views as a backdrop to your beautiful garden.

I drove past Audley again yesterday on one of the few really sunny days of this summer, when the skies were bright blue.

Audley End House was looking magnificent.
The lake in front was shimmering from the sunlight.
In the foreground cricketers in their whites were enjoying a match.

I wish I'd been able to stop and take a photo -
Britain at its best.

For any expats reading this, England does still know how to look amazing. Its just that this year we've had rather a lot of wet days - but it does make the countryside look very green and beautiful.
