Hummer and Great Blue Lobelia

I've been trying to enjoy the hummers in the garden before they start heading south for the winter. Yesterday I captured this one nectaring on a native wildflower Great Blue Lobelia.

We have a mother and 2 young right now, I have been watching her show the babies the ropes, so to speak. They will be leaving here around Oct 1, sorry no pics, I'm just not fast enough!
