raised beds are made from linka board, recycled plastic that are rot proof and easily assembled have grown Broad beans, onions, sweet corn and Courgettes, tried dwarf french beans but slugs and snails had them. tried butternut squash good growth but poor fruit. Have just planted chinese winter veg, will plant onions and winter sowing of broad beans after sweetcorn used up. Also grown Aubergines in small greenhouse cloche.
