you can take cuttings from these in the Autumn. Take a cutting about six inches and strip off a couple of leaves from the stem, then pot into small pots, water in well then leave to nearly dry out then water again. Keep in a heated room or greenhouse with plenty of light and in the Spring they should start to shoot. I did this every year to keep mine going. Just be aware that the sap can irritate the skin so make sure that you wash your hands after handling.
