Sometimes when im looking at my garden I dont really See..today i came out my Ghouse and this is what i saw for the first time! I dont usually walk through the arch because I get Attacked by the foliage LoL, Anyway this is the first time i saw my tropicals from this Angle, I really must open my eyes and See..

Yes, it is worth taking 10 minutes every day just to look. take your G&T or wine out there and just walk very slowly taking everything in...like an exercise in mindfulness...it really does pay dividends!
