This looks so invitingly restful Chrispook - do you get many birds twittering their early morning chorus in the trees and cicacdas driving you mad during summer afternoon siestas ??

We do get bird song in spring and summer but not so loud a dawn chorus as we used to hear in UK. The crickets sing pretty loud in the evenings too, and sometimes frogs.
