It looks similar to one I have on my page, called "Song of India." It is hard to tell if it is the same. Did this one have a lighter stripe around the outside of the leaves?

No I dont think this is, I just did a google search on the Song of India and the picture of the flower is different. Will find out for you soon though.

This plant is Dracaena marginata 'tricolor'. It is a commonly grown plant here in San Diego, CA.
