Lovely colour. I didn't know these could go outside! Just never occurred to me although I put other house plants out. Will try it next summer. My Christmas cactus is lovely but is flowering one sided - flowers opening one side and just buds on the other. Is it true that once the buds have formed the plant shouldn't be turned or is that an old wives tale?

well i am always wary as if you move them to another place the buds can drop, but then again i read today if you move them to a warmer room as the buds are forming then they will open ok!!!

Well, I've decided to be a rebel!! I have just turned my cactus round so that all the flowers are facing into the room and I can enjoy them. If the buds the other side drop off I will let you know.
