African violet

African violet (African violet)

I love these little flowers, this was a cutting from one my son bought my mother when he was 6 (he's 27 now!!!) she has taken cuttings over the years from the original one. Very easy to propagate just break of a leaf and stick it in water, roots soon appear!!

Ah, east facing windowsill, Lori mentioned that too. No I haven't fed it but will get some Baby Bio for it, I have it stood on pebbles which I keep damp.
