What is the tall white plant David.....it is beautiful.

The tall white plant, Janey! I thought it was a type of agapanthus, myself, but turns out to be a late form of Nerine!!!!! forgot to write it down exactly, sorry, but will look again on next visit). It is a beauty, isn't it?

The wire reminds me of when we used to take my grandmother to a botanical garden or a park. She'd come back to the car with her pockets full of cuttings, I did the same too because I saw her do it. Not now though.

Very pretty! Shame the wire has to be there but totally understandable!

Yes, Gillian, from Hywel's comment above, lol! What I didn't think to do, however, was hold the camera up high over the top of the wire, aim, and hope for the best!

Yes it's gorgeous....on my wish list for next year!
