Wow GT, you're bringing out the kid in me now....! My imagination is going wild...lol.
These were very special times for my son and me. We rarely get more than one snow a year deep enough to play in, so these were made over a period of about 4 years. He would have lost interest after the first one if I would have tried to make them all at one time. It's nearly impossible to hold their interest for more than a second or two..lol.

You did such a great job on these, brilliant idea!

Sorry if I appear dumb, how do you colour them, or have you coloured the photo, was hoping someone else would ask this question......I just know I am going to look stupid....

Thanks for asking Dotty. I just save a few pump type spray bottles, rinse them out and fill them with water and add a few drops of food coloring. I always seem to have plenty of it around,left over from coloring easter eggs.
Those little bottles of dye seem to last forever... ;-)

Thanks for that, it is most effective, if we have any snow I shall surprise the grandchildren, you will have started something new, have not heard of colouring snow before.......
