Yes, they have a nice symmetrical structure, especially when they grow larger and have a trunk. This photo had bad lighting unfortunately.

Beautiful!..Euphorbia cooperi. Its rare nowadays,expensive and hard to find..yet they say its one of the hardier tree Euphorbia's..down to z8. I don't believe that. But,could be.
