The different shades in this is pretty. I transferred it to a bigger container yesterday in the rain....aaaah!

Panther:
Bougainvillea is synonymous with hot weather. They tolerate extremely high temperatures with no ill-effect. They grow very well in California's low desert which have temps to 122+ degrees F./ 50 degrees C.

Such a beautiful variegated bougainvillea! Of course, we have millions here.
I do especially like the variegated, leaves and flower varieties. What's so nice about bougainvillea is they need no water and bloom all year...a great trait for a plant.
