Happy New Year Pretty Little Brooke & Mummy :)X

thanks all, yes definately the prettiest little flower in my garden, - flowers all year round, spreads around quite a lot, - can be a bit of a thug, if left to run wild, quite hardy - will tollerate most weather condtions (if allowed to) and very, very high maitenance - requires lots of TLC all the time! but well worth the effort - rewards me day after day with such wonderful blooms lol and a happy new year x

Lovely picture of your little treasure. Hope we have some more snow for her to build a snowperson lol

Hi Brooke! You can come and play in my garden! the snow is so deep you will need a snowsuit. I remember being so bundled up I could hardly walk...and if I fell down there was just no getting up!!
Playing outdoors in cold weather gives you apples in your cheeks and a cherry nose!

lol she alreay has them Lori, - she has a nasty cough and cold! weather is really mild today, even looks like it might rain horay!

Oh, so sorry to hear you're suffering, Brooke... better stay indoors to play til the weather warms up! You are so lucky with your mild climate, Angie! I'd love to be able to go out into the garden for an hour or two...but no puttering when it's this cold... I put out seed for the birds and had four big crows come looking for peanuts! You can tell when it is seriously cold because the crows stay in the trees with their belly feathers covering their feet!!

Thanks Lori, Brooke is ok, just a bit of a blocked nose and a cough, took her to the doctor today, just a virus. the weather is much milder today, and we have had the drisly rain all day, at last the ground has defrosted, i have been in and out, getting things from the shed and greenhouse, as ebay has picked up a bit and done some swaps on here, so most of the day spent packing and posting today. but that in it's self is a sure sign that spring is on the way. and poor you Lori, i would'nt say that it has been mild this year, and too be honest the worst is proberly yet to come, Feb can be the coldest part of the year for us, but usually spring kicks in soon after in March. but i know we are quite lucky really, in some parts of the world it is far colder. but you know what they say, cold winter = hot summer! i'm all up for that!
