i have many birds that come to the feeders my favorite is the robin hes come for many years and they bring their young ones too. i fill the peanut feeder up everyday and by 4 oclock its empty. its costing me a fortune i have to buy a 15kg of wild bird seed every few weeks and the fat balls i had to stop putting them out as it was causing so many fights

In my garden the peanuts seem to last a long time.
I do get blue tits visit.
I'm guessing some neighbours put out even more interesting food. :o)
You're right.
Bird food prices have increased a lot this year !

Iuse a lot of seed, but the peanuts hardly get touched unless i throw some on the ground. Welcome to GOY.

I've started buying bird food from Wilkinsons - £6 for a huge tub of fat balls (only problem is that it is very heavy to carry!). They seem to have quite a good range of foods in our nearest store.
