He's enormous! Good for the doves - amazing how birds protect their young. Have seen a tiny wren trailing a "broken" wing to lure a cat away from her nest. She flew away in the nick of time.

Thanks for the comments, everyone....Gee, In another picture of the raven, he really is looking at the dove but it didn't show what the raven really looked like so I selected this pose instead....Mt, birds do seem to be quite resourceful when needed...

Actually, I am feeling up to par at this point and have been for a while but my 91 year old mother is requiring a bit more care and other things have happened I won't get into now...long story
