The milky white sap of this plant is poisonous.

I have this plant. It was damaged by the frost a couple of weeks ago. I pruned it back and brought it in the house. I hope that its okay :) I also had to bring in my hibiscus and my bougainvillea as they are smaller specimens and not hardy enough for the frost that we occasionally get.

Tg, yes its good that you pruned your plant back and now keeping it and the rest in the house away from the frost, it should grow better I know.

Yes Panther I have a few of these plants - they grow so easily where I live - and if you brush against a broken stem it really, really irritates the skin! Still an attractive plant though.
