It's all a bit of an adventure isn't it Janette! I just fed my orchids for the first time today......... I'm a bit paranoid they are going to rot or something... one is rotting slightly on one section, but I think that was due to the very cold weather we had - it was just too cold for it even in the house :-( Still, they'll all go into the greenhouse in the spring and I'm sure they'll all perk up then :-) Good luck with yours!

Why would you lose it, Janette? They are tougher than you'd think. Please PM me if you'd like some help or advice - I've been growing them for years now.

Thanks Janette - it had been annoying me that I didn't know a thing about Orchids - you are right it is a real learning curve! - a steep one! Still, we can at least go to our Spritz should things go horribly wrong ;-D

Absolutely beautiful I dont seem to have any luck with Orchids my daughter bought me a lovely one but it flowered and then died i felt so bad .

That's the problem with receiving plants as gifts.........they become a bit of a liability!
