It is probably about 12 feet/ 4 meters tall. They can grow much larger though. I have seen the white flowering species almost 25 feet/ 8 meters
tall along the Central California Coast.

Yes, they are... in the City of Santa Cruz which is about 70 miles south of San Francisco, CA... I've seen the largest/tallest specimens...San Francisco has many very tall specimens also. The climate along the Central California Coast is very similar to the high-elevation tropics where many species of Brugmansia - Angel's Trumpets are native.
