Only about 1,000, Jacque! LOL. My P.'Blue Ensign' has a flower on it as well, but only buds coming on the others.

Yes, Janette - it's in flower now.

You are lucky! Mine all look as dead as a doornail at the moment. Even the leaves have almost died off with the cold weather. Usually they keep growing through winter.I haven't seen one like this before - lovely colour.

A lot of leaves died off on most of the plants, which hasn't happened before, but I was so glad that they have all come through the winter!

Don't be too optimistic, will you, Jacque - I had to pull a lot of soggy frost-damaged leaves off several when I was tidying up earlier this week. We might have to wait until they have recovered.

Are you getting snowed on too, Spritz? that is a lovely plant...such pretty flowers and the variegated leaves too! You are lucky to have things blooming this time of year... sigh. Can't wait for April to roll around!

Lovely flower that can take some shade but I'm afraid I would miss the bloom on this plant as I don't get up to my summer garden until late May

OK, Valerie - I shall have to look through and see what shade plants I have for the late spring and summer.
