Very clever to built it sideways like that :o)
Defying gravity !
Very steep hills in Wales !

A very handsome pair LOL

~is that why the lorries were having problems this morning TT?
3 Feb, 2009
he he he...he's a nice one :-)

Yes, the snowman's a nice one.
Even his tie is frozen to horizontal ~
Not surprised those lorries had trouble, Arlene. :o)

We are so casual here. Our snowmen don't wear ties. This one is very dapper! He has a worried look in his eyes though, do you think he's afraid Spring will come and he will have to go?
3 Feb, 2009
I think he's worried because he is slipping downhill Weedy. It must be awfully hard to stay in one place on a slope like that.

its not makin it easy with that bloke hanging on to the snowmans head...lol

Do you think Gary is wearing the snowman's hat ?
4 Feb, 2009
Weeds - maybe he is looking nervous coz there's a horse in the field nextdoor.....?

Sid, That carrot nose would be the first victim of a pillaging horse run amok! If the snowman mysteriously disapears and the neighbors horse shows up with a tie on we'll know what happened.

What on theeee Mother Earth is going on here?!!! Gravity defying snowmen in ties and run amok horses on the way to steel the nose off the tilting snowman...and that man holding him down? No I believe he is hoping the snowman and tie will give him something to hold on to as he slides off into space...oh dear...no tie to hang on to if the horse runs off with it!...Flower Pot people must be using this as a distraction...we must keep our ears to the ground...this is looking serious....!!!! That man's hat look suspiciously pot like to me...

Oh...sorry Arlene....did you knit the hat then? I would be sure that the W Olympics were still safe if that were the case..plus I would be sure there is nothing at all to be worried about with the gravity issue here....
I hope they manage the horse block...it is very much needed as it is for all the other precious lives they help there.....very good...

~that's okay Caroline~ I am joking you know!
The hat is O'neill ~he's into surfy brands~ and I gave up knitting years ago~fortunately!~I never used to get the sizing right!

Sounds lovely Arlene...to bad about the gravity problem they seem to have there every so often...seems they stay happy enough....
4 Feb, 2009
~yes they will have to sort the gravity problem before they all land in heaps!
4 Feb, 2009
Well good for them and congrats! how many years for them?
4 Feb, 2009
Arlene, Tell them hooray for me! I think they were made for each other! And hooray again that they get to go someplace warm for an anniversary vacation. :-)
5 Feb, 2009
Oh, by the way, that's a handsome son-in law you have there! If he was twenty years older and I was twenty years younger....um, I guess I'd still be too old for him. Life is hard! :-(
5 Feb, 2009
What a pleasure it must be to see them happy!
5 Feb, 2009
Looks like Wales could provide me with ideas for a gravity-defying sporran!
Gr8 snowman, btw!
