Hi Jacque, thanks for the picture. We've been advised to have a pair of Mandarin Ducks on our pond/island. I've been told they are brilliant parents to their young and beautiful birds.

Hi Jacque, you found my pics didnt you, good. Not sure whether to have the ducks or not, would love them but worried they will be killed by the fox when they venture from the safety of the island. I'm told its best to have them as eggs/chicks so they think of it as home.

I've been told you can buy fertilised duck eggs from Ebay, they can't sell live animals but they can sell eggs! Mandarin's are a chinese species I believe!
