I Don't Like Baths

What flavour shampoo did you use ? :o)

Paddy says ' Whatever it was it was horrible'. It's a medicated shampoo as he tends to get very dry skin!

My old Welsh Terrier, Bonsai, was probably an exception to the rule in that he LOVED to be bathed. I used to wash him in coal-tar shampoo and he smelled WONDERFUL. :o)
Haven't yet found out how much Truffle the puppy likes water, but the other evening he did try to get into the bath with me. Lol.

Obviously a natural swimmer then. I think most terriers seem to be. I seem to see lots of Jack Russels diving in water to retreive sticks etc. Paddy won't go near it. He dropped his beloved ball in the sea at Winterton in Norfolk wheb he was very young but wouldn,t put his feet or nose in to pick it up so the tide swallowed it up! He's not like the Springer Spaniel we had many years ago. He loved the water !

Paddy's little face says it all! Neither of my JR's like water, they wouldn't even walk through a puddle :)

Yes, same as Paddy. If I take him out for a walk, he'll turn back if it's raining too much! And he hates his coat so he won 't wear that to keep him dry!
