Far left my Nana, middle my Father, up front my Granny (great grandmother), far right Jeff's grandmother, Popo (chinese for grandma).

They're figures from The Day of the Dead, Ams. It's a Mexican celebration honoring those who have passed on. They were gift from a friend. I was also questioning the placement of the skeletons. I will repostion them :)

Both my Father and my Nana died suddenly and unexpectedly... for me it was very hard to deal with. There was no warning and then they were gone forever. I felt/feel ripped off. When someone is sick or suffering from a terminal illness and then they die... I miss them but I also feel that they are no longer suffering and am happy for that. Or if someone lived a long full life like Jeff's grandma who was nearly 100 before she passe on. Of course we miss her but she had a long full life and she was ready to go. Any how...thanks for your nice thoughts GoYs :)
