Bananna in flower.

I think this is a bananna or maybe a plantain, I have never seen one in flower before, quite wierd.

The flower if it is a flower which I suspect is supposed to be attractive to insects was about eighteen inches to two foot in length. We had to walk past this thing every night as we went to dinner and I had nightmares thinking it would bite me as I went past. Have you seen "The day of the Triffids"?

Wow 2ft in length! It's a monster! I haven't seen "The day of the Tiffids", how about "Little Shop of Horrors"..."Feed me Seymour!!!" The plant that eats humans!!! It must be some sort of plantain w a flower that huge!
