Bugs for Toto 1

Wonderful.

EEEeewwww.....Those aren't bugs...they're ugly black flies....yuck...mucky things....hmmm...what are the little brown things BB?

Oh Gilli they may look like flies to the untrained eye but part of the Simulium family whose larvae like to suck blood .. the little brown bugs are a reddish colour commonly known as blood suckers .. considering we are not far from Whitby where Count Dracula landed ... Fascinating eh ?

LOL......Its not the larva of Simulium that like to suck blood but the flies themselves. They will take chunks out of you. Commonly known as Black Fly, Buffalo Gnat and Turkey Gnat.

These look like ordinary old blue bottle flies or blow flies. Now come on BB.....stop pulling my leg.... :o)
