This rare corydalis came from the bulb nursery I visited in Lativa last year. Although it is native to south-east Turkey, it needs a cool, woodland spot where it will flower on stems six inches tall

The Latvian nursery stocks 30 different species plus other named forms as well. The owner also wrote a book on bulbs he has seen growing in the wild and names nearly 50 species in that
